1.  Outway Inc.  (“Outway,” ”we”, “our” or “us”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your privacy by establishing and complying with this policy (the “policy” or our “Privacy Policy”).

This policy describes the types of information that we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit outway.io, any Outway mobile application, and related administrative management or application program interfaces including all content, functionality and services offered by us (all collectively our “Platform”), whether as a guest or a registered user, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing your information. B. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

1. We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. L.   NON-U.S. RESIDENTS

Outway’s Platform and its servers are operated in the United States. If you are a resident of a country or jurisdiction outside the United States, please be aware that your personal information will be transferred to, processed, maintained, and used on computers, servers, and systems located where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you choose to use our Platform, you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to such transfer, processing, and use in the United States and elsewhere.
